Cocoa Butter Presses manufactured By Petzholdt Heidenauer of Germany, type 1450/2.1. The press is equipped with 12 Pressing pots and 12 counter pots fitted on two horizontal columns. The inside diameter of the pots is 450mm, which can together contain up to 185kg cocoa liquor per cycle.
The whole system is in a good state of maintenance. We now offer this machine, believing this is a very good press which can run fine for many years to come.
Note that the photos show our upgraded filling system mounted on the press. When desired the original filling system can be mounted instead.

Cocoa Butter Press manufactured by Carle&Montenary (Italy), type POV 540. The press is equipped with 12 Pressing pots and 12 counter pots fitted on two horizontal columns. The inside diameter of the pots is 424mm, which can together contain up to 170kg cocoa liquor per cycle.
The whole system is currently being refurbished. The large Tie-Rods (columns) can been replaced with newly produced ones, with a double nut. The picture also shows a modernized liquor filling system. Note that the press on sale has a machined cylinder body instead of this cast-iron one in the photos.
This press can be delivered with hydraulic unit, cake breaker, cake conveyor, cocoa liquor pump and Liquor Pre-Heating System.
In the past this press has briefly been producing for a company in Italy. We can now offer this machine, believing this is a very good press which can run fine for many years to come.

A complete installation for the deoderising of cocoa butter, to produce butter with a neutral and consistent flavour.
The system is to be supplied with filtered cocoa butter. The deoderizing process uses steam to extract the volatile components from the butter. This is done inside the deoderizing vessel, after which the volatile components are discharged to a condensor, by use of a vacuum system.
The system consists of the main deoderising vessel with injection, heating and aspiration facilities. Directly attached is the main condensor vessel. The vacuum is created with a multi-stage vacuum pump system based on the steam-jet principle. For energy efficiency a heat exchanger is used in between the butter supply and circulation. A final stage butter after-filter is also integrated.
All auxiliary equipment such as valves and pumps are included. Control systems, software and documentation are available.
